From artificial intelligence to virtual reality, Jeremy Dalton helps organizations deliver tomorrow's experiences with today's technology. He is the founder of XRHQ.com, an AI-powered intelligence platform that tracks how the next generation of computing is being deployed across industries, including where it converges with AI, robotics, drones and more. XRHQ shows who is deploying smart glasses and other spatial computing technologies, why, and what results they are getting, covering hundreds of workforce training and development programs worldwide.

Dr. Gila Kurtz is the Dean of the Faculty of Instructional Technologies at the Holon Institute of Technology (HIT) in Israel. She currently also holds a position as a Research Fellow at the Weizenbaum Institute in Berlin, Germany, where she is part of the "Education for the Digital World" research group. Her research focuses on the innovation, development, and implementation of emerging technologies, including social robots, AR/VR, and Generative AI, in learning and training, with related interests in digital learning, future learning technologies, instructional design, and digital readiness. She currently leads national and international projects on integrating Generative AI in educational settings.

Dr. Alicia Sanchez has over 20 years of award-winning leadership spanning the Department of Defense (DoD) and industry, and has become a trusted advocate for bridging technology and people to drive mission success. Recently selected as MPF Federal's Chief AI Officer, her mission is clear: to enable every agency to use AI as a competitive advantage by putting strategy before technology, focusing on AI/Human Partnerships, and by driving adoption. As a key figure in shaping the future of our workforce, Dr. Sanchez has been vocal on empowering workforce readiness through AI-enabled learning and simulation.
