Registration
Registration provides access to all conference sessions, including those in the IGIP Special Session.Please note that the student rate is only for full-time students (proof of status required) and does not include the conference dinner.
Please fill out one registration form per registrant.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Refunds are available according to the following cancellation timeline:
By January 31st, 2026: 75% refund.
Exception: Speakers registered at the Super Early Bird rate receive a full (100%) refund if canceled by this date; proposal acceptances will be sent by Jan. 12th, 2026.
February 1st – March 31st, 2026: 50% refund.
April 1st – May 3rd, 2026: 25% refund.
After May 3rd, 2026: No refunds will be issued.
If you register as an in-person attendee and later need to change to online, or vice versa, please reach out to us.
Registrations may be transferred to someone else; if you need to do this, please contact us at info@learningideasconf.org for details.
